On May 19th 2022. I purchased 2 pairs of sky *********************** ******* orthotic sandals size 9 for $84.51.After realizing my error in ordering the wrong color, I sent an email to customerservice@footminders.com to cancel. No response from them. I received the sandals and kept 1 pair and returned the other. I paid for and shipped 1 pair on 5/25/2022 via *** 1z7unt364320028218. It was received on 6/1/2022 per *** tracking. Since the return, I have sent several emails to info@footminders.com and customerservice@footminders.com and received no response. I have also tried their customer service number ************ (which appears to be inactive). It rings once and disconnects. I have returned your merchandise, 1 pair of Seymour ******* orthotic sandals size 9 since 6/1/2022 with the tracking - *** tracking 1z7unt364320028218. This was well within the 30 day refund policy period. I should be refunded my $42.26.***************************Business response
