      It's the customer service for me. When I went to cancel they made me an offer I couldn't refuse and I've stuck with them since. I can communicate with them via text which is super convenient. When I discovered my son only likes the Cherry flavor they agreed to only send that flavor. When I needed to pause my sub for 3 months they said sure. When I broke the bottle they offered me a free replacement. Just great service!

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against ********* Vitamins regarding their lack of transparency and the undue challenges they impose on customers attempting to cancel subscriptions.When I made my first purchase, it was not made clear that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. This lack of upfront disclosure feels misleading and deceptive, as customers should be fully informed of what they are agreeing to before completing a transaction.Furthermore, I was surprised and frustrated to find that canceling the subscription required direct contact with Hiyas customer service. There is no option to simply log into my account and cancel the subscription independently, a feature that is standard for many customer-focused businesses. While I am able to postpone deliveries through my account, this effort to prevent customers from easily canceling seems intentional.This unnecessary complication appears designed to discourage customers from canceling by creating barriers, in the hopes they forget or give upa tactic that worked in my case until I noticed additional charges. This approach is not customer-focused; it prioritizes financial gain over a positive customer experience.I believe businesses should be transparent and make it easy for customers to manage their subscriptions, including cancellation, without having to jump through hoops. Unfortunately, **** has demonstrated otherwise, and this has left me with no trust in the company or its practices.I urge the Better Business Bureau to look into ***** subscription practices and to recommend changes that promote transparency and respect for their customers.

      I have been on the search for the best for my child and I have finally found them. I hated the gummy idea of a vitamin an when I can across these I was so excited for my child to try them. We have had a very difficult time finding a vitamin that my child likes and she absolutely loves these. Such a happy mom. Definitely recommend all Hiya products to All parents.

      My boys take all the vitamins hiya has to offer and get so excited each morning when its time to take their Hiyas! We love that they are sugar free and not a gummy! Green and yellow are my sons favorite for the multivitamin! His favorite Hiyas are the bed time essentials as those tastes the best! Recommend Hiya to everyone I know with kids!

      I am a very happy customer! My children are picky eaters and one is immune compromised, so I was looking for a good vitamin to supplement their diet. I decided to give them a try and my kids love them! They never fail to remind me to give them their vitamin each day. However, though we all loved the vitamins, the cost (once the discount was removed), was too much for our family at this time. I reached out to customer service to cancel my subscription and explained my reason for wanting to cancel. They were prompt in responding and offered me several options for discounts and/or getting the vitamins covered by insurance. I truly appreciate their willingness to support my family and offer us a way to continue being customers. We love Hiya vitamins!

      This company has ZERO transparency in the fact they sign you up for a reoccurring subscription when you order. Their site also does not function appropriately when you click the cancel subscription link, and are forced to have to email customer support. I also attempted to delete my payment method, but the site also would not allow.

      They are really willing to work with me and good customer customer service. Product seems top notch. I like that it's just one vitamin per kid and I love the reusable customizable glass bottles.

      My toddler did not like the superfoods and greens product and I went to cancel the subscription. When went to cancel, I clicked the button and was immediately was redirected to contact customer service. Upon contacting customer service, they sent me multiple emails with suggestions on how I could use the product and did not cancel my subscription.
