Sent a check to my bank and they havent taken it. I dont know the name of the boss they only send people that work there but always say the same and still havent received anything from themBusiness response

Good afternoon,
We are so sorry that you are having issues with understanding where your payment is.
You have spoken with multiple people in our office yesterday and today. You questioned the payment you sent on November 4, 2024. We informed you several times that your check was posted and taken to the bank November 6. Your payment has been received and this resolves your issue.

Our community HOA changed management companies and a check for $497. was sent in error by my bank (auto payment) to Victory. I have called multiple times without ever getting a return call. I want my money transferred back to me or to our new property management company.Business response

Good Afternoon,
In response to your concern regarding your payment, you make your payment by Electronic Bill *** so there is no check that is sent. Your funds are sent directly to Quail ********** account. Your new management company is the only company that has access to these funds with ****************. Victory Accounting Service turned over all access to Quail **********ing on 8/31/24, when your Association turned over to new management. Since we have no access to your ****************** accounts, you will need to reach out to your new management company to find out why they did not post your payment. We have dedicated customer service staff that returns all calls, so I am not sure why you would not have received a call back, but I will look into this. We have contacted *************************** as well to let them know about your payment to Quail ********** account. I am sorry for any confusion this has caused you and hope that your new management company can clear this up for you quickly.

On 8/1/23 my HOA changed from ***** ****************** to RealManage. I was unaware of the change and therefore my auto payment of $250.00 went to Victory ******** Services which ***** ****************** uses in stead of RealMange where it should have gone. I spoke with ******************************************************** who assured me that my auto payment of $250.00, would be transferred to RealManage, however, ************** assured me that my auto payment of $250.00 has not been transferred to their account. I wrote a check, (****), for the month of September, however I am being charged for Auguest, even though I was assured that my auto payment of $250.00 would be transferred to RealManage.Business response

We stopped handling the accounting for your Association on 7/31/23. Real Manage handles the accounting. Victory Accounting Services did not receive any payments for your community after 7/31/23. Real Manage should have updated the ***************** account, so they would have received the *********** information for your Association with the lockbox reports to post the *** and coupon checks that were mailed to the *****************.Truist Bank processes the *** payments and coupon payments and deposits the funds in the ***************** account. Real Manage must post your payment, receive reports from Truist, and handle this for you. We do not have access to the ****************** accounts and we do not handle the accounting.Real Manage must make this adjustment for you as they handle the accounting since 8/1/23. Real Manage should have notified the owners of the transition, updated the banking information to receive the bank reports, and properly post owner payments. Please contact Real Manage to correct your payment. The funds for your Association were never deposited into Victory Accountings bank account. We do not hold any Association funds. Victory Accounting handled your payments from 1/1/2018 7/31/2023. All payments handled during that time were processed timely with no issue. We ask that you kindly remove your complaint and contact Real Manage to correct your issue.
