On August 1, 2022 i paid $6500. for 28 Vax D treatments which I only received one treatment. On August 2 ***** I cancelled the treatments per conversation with the institute and requested a refund for the unused remainder. I was told that they would process my request and be back with me on August 3, 2022. Since that time they have not returned my phone calls and i am not able find the status of the request.Business response

According to the recorded verbal file forwarded to me from the Back Pain Institute from the BBB, I don't know the amount of the refund. I have contacted the Institute and they are not able to tell me the refund amount, because of business practice. It's been three weeks since I asked them for this information. I don't think this is acceptable business.Customer response

Please find three documents for the complaint against the Back Pain Institute of West Florida. The institute has taken the position that the cost of a single treatment is $2885. that I don't agree to. I do not have any supporting documents other than the **** receipt and detail of the cost associated with the single treatment. My problem is that I trusted the institute because they were a medical center and they have taken advantage of my trust. I need the Bureau's help to resolve this issue.
