I was a customer of **********************, since 2019. When I started, I was on automatic payments, where monthly they deducted payment. During the pandemic, I stopped automatic payments. I fell behind in my payments for about six months. Water boy took it upon themselves to reinstated my automatic payments, and deducted what I owed, without my consent. I spoke with a representative about this issue, and the monies were returned to my account. Fast forward to March 2nd, 2023. Again I was behind in payments, and again, water boy took it upon themselves to deduct payment without my consent. This time when I spoke to a supervisor *****, she acted clueless, and did not credit funds back to my account.This is a violation of my private banking information that I entrusted to water boy.I am seeking my monies to be returned to my account, and I do not feel safe with water boy having my banking information. Thank you *******************
