We lived in the apartments from 7/1/22 to 6/30/2023. During that time Hurricane *** brought water into the apartment which caused mold on and under the carpet. We made multiple maintenence requests and nothing was fixed or done about the carpet or the wall. Upon move out they are charging us $521.40 to replace the carpet for "pet damage" and they will not communicate further with us to show us what a company had said about it. They sent a photo of the mold starting at the wall... that we told them was there. They are also trying to bill us $89.45 for "30 days of water/trash/sewer" posted on 7/5/2023 WHEN WE DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE. These charges need to be removed and our deposit needs to be given back to us.
