This company showed up at our place of business, and started a roof repair on the wrong building. They started stripping the roof off of our building and we're supposed to start on another building. We had no time contacted Quick Quote four any type of work. They have now decided not to return any calls to us.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/25) */ Quick Quote Roofing had nothing to do with the roof being removed. A subcontracted company showed up and to our knowledge, did not start tearing off the roof but removed the vent. The vent was then replaced. The gentleman (not the person who filed the claim, but Bobby) who has reached out several times and we have spoken to, has complained to us several times that they showed up but he will not let them finish the work. We have been told 4 times by the subcontractor that they sent people out to finish what needed to be fixed and each time they were told to leave. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Quick Quote was the company that sent out the other company. 3 vents were removed. I have asked the other company for a business license to show they are also insured. They have stated they are employees of Quick quote. The owner even came in and saw the water leak, and said he would return himself if not resolved. If a licensed and insured roofing company comes and repairs the damage, i would not turn them away. I have pictures and documentation of 3 holes in my roof. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/08/11) */ The people who took the vent off are not employees of Quick Quote Roofing. they are subcontractors. We relaced a roof down the street and aren't even sure that they are the people we sent. It is coincidental that they were in that area same day. We also have pictures that were taken when an employee of ours came down. If the vents need to be replaced, you can reach out to us, and we will send someone down to fix them.
