Lies and inexperienced folks. The driver even told me he was new to the company. They absolutely destroyed my yard. They also quoted me a price and did not stand by it. They're trying to charge me double what they quoted!!! The driver got stuck in my ditch and KPS made ME pay for the tow truck to pull him out. They're also charging me the hours he was stuck in my ditch. Currently they are holding my shipping container with all my household belongings until I pay them what I "owe" them after I already paid them the quoted price. I also asked KPS for their insurance information for the damages to my yard. Kevin "the owner" told me NO and that he wasn't going to give me that information. The tow company damaged my vehicle in the process of moving and reparking it. They have been very uncooperative with me as well as AAA as far as getting this situation taken care of. This is my home, it is the only thing that I have, and I want it put back the way it was before they towed it. Kevin ****** services was the tow company and they have been very aggressive very unprofessional and will not give me any help. I do not recommend this company to anybody at all after my experiences, and I hope *** will see this as well and not recommend them to anybody.
