On 4/19/2021 Magnificent Air installed a new Daikin HVAC unit. Also purchased at that time were two ** filter systems. (Platinum ** System($550) and Platinum PCO ** Light System($1500).Invoice #******* totaling $9273. On 7/17/2023 a technician came out to replace the ** bulb as per routine maintainence. When he opened the unit he informed me that there was no ** system(Platinum** System) installed. I immediatley called Magnificent Air to make them aware of this. They said they would notify the owner and she would respond to me. No answer. Over the last three weeks I have called 7 or 8 times asking to speak to the owner and received various excuse as to why she could'nt speak with me. Each time I was told the message would be relayed and she would call me back. She has never called.
