I had signed with Pelletier and Sons right after hurricane Ian and gave him the required deposit. When it came time to be able to have my pool cage installed ~ 9 months after Ian, I reached out to him by phone, texts and emails without any success of talking to him or getting a call back. Good thing, the deposit I gave was using a credit card. I disputed the deposit charge via the credit card. Which I believe prompted Pelletier to then call me. Having heard from friends that had their cage installed with their complaints and the non responsive nature from Pettetier, I was not wanting to use him for my cage. Pelletier did take the responsibility of refunding my deposit back to me.Review from Bill L

I strongly discourage anyone from using Pelletier and Sons for pool cage replacement. They replaced our cage starting in February and ending in April, 2023. The quality was not up to my expectations. They never scheduled a final inspection and I had to keep after them to finally schedule one. The inspection failed due to structural issues. My permit is now expired and they have not done anything to try to resolve the issue. Pelletier and Sons also built 5 other pool cages on our block - all failed their inspections and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The quality of workmanship on one cage in particular is horrible - they refuse to correct the problems with that owner (who happens to be a high school classmate of Chris P and recommended him to all of us). Chris P does not respond to phone calls, emails or text messages. Working with Pelletier and Sons have been very frustrating.Review from Nasa S

Signed a contract on 01/20/2023 for a new pool cage. It is now 08/29/2023 and there is no response to phone calls or email. I have tried multiple times. No response. I also know of many people that have the same issue with this company and there is no response. They asked for a $10,000 deposit form everyone and then just disappeared. During a time of sadness for people from a hurricane. They took advantage of the situation and really screwed people. Just a disgrace. Do not use! So irresponsible and inconsiderate!!!
