I ordered a thin crust pizza, half pepperoni and half 5 Meat. and an order of pepperoni crazy puffs. Myself and my 6year old both took two squares of the 5meat thin crust pizza and started eating. I then noticed the other half of our thin crust pizza had no pepperoni, only cheese. I returned the pizza and explained the situation with the worker acknowledging she made the order wrong and was going to remake the pizza. I waited in my vehicle for the remake. ******* came out to the vehicle with the pizza and stated he there was a few squares of pizza missing. I explained the situation. ******* proceeded to open the pizza box showing the pizza to us through the car window outside exposing the pizza to the outside elements. As he spoke spit started flying out of his mouth as he was talking and ended up on the exposed pizza. ******* advised he could not remake the pizza per his owner. I asked if I could speak with the owner and was passed the phone. I explained to the owner **** the situation and asked if the pizza could not be remade could he refund my money. The best he could do was to offer me a partial discount on my next order. I also advised **** the owner that during the dispute ******* had spit coming out of his mouth as he was talking when he opened the pizza and that it got all over the pizza. The owner told me there was nothing he could do. I then explained to **** that means I have no food tonight and my son has no food tonight. I advised **** that I paid for a product that I did not receive at this point and I am being denied a refund for a product that I paid for, that was made incorrectly and now I'm not going to even get the incorrect product so I have given the store my money and you have kept the product. **** told me that was correct and the only thing he could do again is offer me a partial discount on my next order and I would leave the restaurant with nothing. ******* gave me back the pizza as he felt bad however we were unable to eat it.
