7/9/24 we signed up for a 6 month plan with a personal sleep consultant. Said plan was supposed to come with daily email support, access to an app, 3 sleep plans and the ability to adjust those plans if they arent working. The owner ******** assured me even promised me that their plans are not cookie cutter plans. I told her I was not interested in the cry it out method or ****** or chair methods. I also told her I couldnt do strict nap times and wake windows. 7/10 my consultant gave me my plan which was exactly what I told ******** I didnt want. She then told me constant communication was critical during the first few days and to email her updates every morning which I did but she failed to mention that she wasnt going to respond over the weekend even though she encouraged me to begin on a Thursday. After days of failed attempts they both edited the plan to basically the same thing with more flexibility and apologized for ******** not communicating with me the first weekend and admitted fault. Tried the new plan and it still wasnt working after a few days. ******** stopped responding to emails 7/24 (its now 8/1) I asked for a refund and ******** refused.
