This is the most professional company I have ever had the Privilege to work with. Out of Faith, I contacted A/C Guy of Tampa *** for an estimate to replace our A/C unit. With no sales pressure, ***********************, Field Operations Manager, spent 3 hrs presenting my options as well as the services they would provide during & after installation. He then followed up with a detailed 10 page e-mail confirming our meeting, including phone numbers, names, timelines. From the beginning till the end, A/C Guy of Tampa *** services were beyond my expectations! This company does not stand behind their work. They replaced an HVAC unit and all the duct work in my attic. Their placement of the distribution box has started coming through the ceiling and they will not fix it without charging me. The last placement done by the company before them never had an issue. Also, the main duct has a big gap / break at the plenum and they will not fix that either. The unit they recommended and installed creates a lot of buildup and they charged me $299 extra after install to put in an Ionic Pan Saver with a lifetime warranty, which went bad and they will not honor that. Also, the tech put his foot through the ceiling during the duct replacement. They did fix that, but I needed to repaint the whole ceiling after the repair.Review from Rob B

Have used these guys for over 10 years and they are top notch, Always pickup the phone when I call and they always take care of us. Couldn't be happier they are Great! Most recently our AC left us without cooling on a Friday night. I called hoping to get service the next day but they were out that evening even though it was like 95 outside and they tech said they were crazy busy. We needed a motor that was special order and I expected to be hot for the weekend but he offered to install a temporary motor to get us cooling till the proper motor could be acquired. Amazing customer service! Are they a little pricey? Yes! But I've learned in life that anything worthwhile has a price attached. They did an amazing job fixing issues with my A/C that two other companies failed to correct, yet still charged me. The A/C Guy came out and almost immediately Identified the problem and gave me solutions. I'm now comfortable again in my own home. They are worth every *****!Review from Joseph G

This used to be a very fine family owned small business; sadly, they have evolved to a pack of money grubbing hucksters! So disappointing! I hate to see this happen; but it does. STAY AWAY!
