I am surprised that BBB allows open scams like this to have profiles in here. Back on 2021 we purchased services from a company called GP&M "GP&M - Government Procurement & Marketing" which was just another brand of "Government Services Exchange LLC" Just a few of months after we purchased they disappeared and stopped replying to all our messages. We realized they were linked to "Government Services Exchange LLC" because their email servers were the same and a few months later they redirected the gpm-us.com website to a page in governmentservicesexchange.com announcing an acquisition. This is a very sofisticated scam operation that was already reported for the GP&M listing in the BBB back then, but it seems that the puppet master is still around.

We would like to clarify that Government Services Exchange LLC (GSE) has no affiliation, past or present, with GP&M (Government Procurement & Marketing). The claim that GP&M is a brand or operation of GSE is entirely false and stems from a misunderstanding.

To provide additional clarity, GP&M was and is operated by USFCR, a completely separate company from GSE. This can be verified through the official announcement made by USFCR, which states their ownership of GP&M. You can view this announcement directly on USFCR's website here: **********.

GSE prides itself on integrity and transparency, and we take allegations of this nature very seriously. We respectfully request the removal of this review, as it is factually inaccurate and does not pertain to our company.

Should further clarification be needed, we would be happy to provide any additional documentation or evidence to support this clarification.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Super slow. Won't provide a timeline. Unresponsive to questions. Won't deliver on the original promise of sharing the accelerated process or return calls and emails asking to discuss.

horrible service. Maybe a fraud. avoid this company like the plague. after paying 5k, they immediately tried to sell me more services and proceeded to do nothing related to getting government contracts.

We used them but realized it would not work for our type of business. They told me before we signed up to use them, that if we changed our mind or for any other reason we did not want to use them that we could ask for a refund. We have been asking for over a year and a half for that refund and now they are not even returning any messages. $5,000.00 is alot of money to lose, we did this because they said we could ask for a refund if we felt it would not work for us, they just ghost you when you ask for that refund.
