Printharmony sent an email with an offer of a discount for prepurchasing print jobs. You pay in advance at a discounted rate, then prder when your ready. Emails state NO TIME LIMIT. I purchased, then when I tried to redeem they closed my online account "for lack of use", I emailed and was told no problem, email the job over and they would print it and then they would reopen my account. I did. No response, I tried emailing ***** more times no response. I called, they took at least 15 messages and would get back to me, but no one ever did. A little research and it appears MANY people who prepurchased there printing had there accounts closed and no one will respond via email, or by phone. Ive even tried reaching out to ***** the owner who never returns my calls, I also tried talking with ******* printing (the printing facility that either they print out of and not received any response. We have been trying to resolve this for a very long time and no one is being communicated with, this is a scam!!!!Business response

We ordered from this company, And when they sent the proof for me to approve, I approved it but asked about the comment they made about $10 per proof. I was shocked about this, so I asked about it. I have never had a company do this in the past. The man, *****, was vulgar back to me and canceled my account. They did not send us our order or refund us Over $200. We just took our money, and that was that. We need a refund for the product we ordered. I cannot resolve this with them since they canceled my account.Business response

This individual is not accurate at all.
Has placed 5 total orders with us.
All of his orders he ordered an email proof: cost of 7.50
There is a cost for email proofs that is clearly shown on the website.
He was upset about paying for an email proof that he ordered, and ordered before which is out of character and he became extremely rude to our employees.
*We are a trade only printed and reserve the right to deny or cancel any registration requests. The company he works for is not in the printing trade, but was initially
approved to have an active account because we try and help local companies. Our website also very clearly states a no refund policy, but we can credit accounts.
*We went out of our protocol to issue him a refund (attached)
