Jun 10, 2024 11:06 AM My order was NOT frozen when delivered and omelettes are not consumable. It was marked perishable but only contained melted ice packs not dry ice. The packaging was substandard and didnt keep the omelette frozen! I requesting a full refund!Jun 11, 2024 4:24 AM Hello, ***** We are very sorry that this happened to your product. We really want you to be satisfied with your work with us and invite you to send this order again at our expense. Unfortunately, the carrier does not always deliver it on time and because of this, the goods may deteriorate. To prevent this from happening again, we will pack the product even better and add more ice. We will select the carrier with the fastest delivery time and ship the item to you the same day you confirm your delivery address. All you need is to confirm your delivery address. The package was prepared for shipment on on 6 June 2024 but wasnt picked up by ***** until 7 June 2024, Friday and delivered on 10 June 2014 Monday morning. I immediately unpacked the package to find 12 -2 omelette packaged totally defrosted, white spots on the Omelettes surrounded by 8 small melted ice packs, NO. Dry ice. The omelettes are not fit for consumption. Also the box was marked perishable, ***** 2 Day but the package wasnt picked until the next day after packing and 2 additional days in the ***** system without dry ice. The preparation for shipment were substandard. I am requesting a full refund of $142.44 as you advertised a frozen product. I also sent a message through Amazon requesting a refundCustomer response

Better Business Bureau:
Since Salutem Solutions LLC didnt respond to my request for a refund through ******, my emailing the company or your BBB efforts, I contacted ****** customer service. On 18 June, ****** submitted a claim for a refund of $142.44 which was approved on the same day. Today, 21 June 2024, my credit card was credited $142.44. Please close my BBB complaint.
