      Their client caused damage on a property while on the job. My company paid the client of the property and reached out to their clients insurance FWCI which then referred it to CCMSI. I have reached out to ***** for over one year and half and given all documents requested. ***** has only responded a few times stating it is on the mgt desk for review. Or I simple do not receive a response. ****** reached out to me today after 4 wks of calling after I called FWCI to let them know I file a complaint with the BBB. I was leaving ****** a VM and she beep in, did not state who she was but she was but she had a meeting and would call me back. That was around 1pm, I called her back at 4.30pm and left a VM, still nothing.. I submitted the claim to **** not *****. The payment has been paid on our end and we are asking for **** to pay the amount their client damaged. Also one of the many agents I had stated different reasons to why it has taken so long. One off the wall that he has insurance, then he does not have insurance, then they do not know... I am getting the run around! I have all the emails I have sent over to the many agents, the mgt, and the *** they are careful not to write to much in the emails. However I do state in them that I look forward to hearing the outcome. .

      I purchased a contractor's policy before 2024. I decided to cancel it as I am taking the business in the direction of a subcontractor based service. I called and emailed about this and was told it was canceled. I then received Docusigns from some third-party insurance company and that Docusign has just a link and has no identifying info. I thought this to be a scammer and who wouldn't? Today I was charged again and I want that money returned. Please fix this issue and you have lost all my business in the future. If there was something more, your *** could have said so during our phone call. I also don't appreciate you selling my information and yes you did. Fix this before I file further complaints!

      On July 20** I contracted 50Floors **** an Atlanta area flooring H3**03**5393030353932H to redo my bathroom floors. 50Floors **** Contracted RUK Flooring Company to do both my Upstairs bathroom floors. H3**636373637343839H Winston **** insures RUK Flooring Company. April 2024, I noticed that water was coming up from both toilets. After completing the floors, RUK Flooring Company improperly reinstalled the toilets. Because of this Category 3 Water damage occurred. Both upstairs bathroom floors and walls had to be removed. The hallway bathroom is not even usable and I have a tenant. We've been sharing a bathroom currently. 50Floors **** Created a claim with H3**636373637343839H Winston **** #**F61M131866 on April 30th 2024. On May 3rd, 2024 *********************** ************************ sends me an email; we also had a phone conversation. During I shared a ****** FOLDER with every piece of information she needs. Her manager ******************** was/is aware of my frustration because I emailed him May 24th 2024 expressing significant concern to why the process is so long, he gave me excuses of how *********************** was unable to get confirmation when all she had to do is call 50Floors **** Its July 17th 2024, and my claim is still opened, I havent recieved nothing but nothing! NO updates or nothing. Its been almost 3 month. I am so upset with ********** nonchalant work ethnics; she is NEVER at work, and full of excuses ! I also blame management because there are no checks and balances. ******** had made trememdous mistakes handling my claim. It's still opened !!! FYI --- The ****** folder with all the information, documents, and pictures has been shared with *********************** (3 months) as well as her Mangaer ******************* (2.5 months)! As an educator, I am waiting for the next excuse before I reach out to LAWYERS !

      On May 31 2024, This company deducted the monthly payment and on June 5 2024 I canceled the policy because closing the business. On June 11, 2024 I called the office to see how long before my refund is sent out and was told ***** days. I called back on around 14 days and was told that the check is being sent out the following day. Not what they told me. So, I received the check and a letter showing that they did not pro-rate the month of June but instead charged me again the month of June in the cancelation Credit. So, I have been charged twice for a month that I only had insurance for 5 days. I called and discussed this and FLAT OUT TOLD ME, THAT'S ALL YOU GET. This company over charges when being canceled. So simply, I'm out $516.68 and $516.71= $1033.39 They should be put under investigation for FRAUD

      A company stop work and closed all bank accounts. Two months after communicated with insurance company, they send a balance check return on the company name(without bank account). American foam insulation no longer operating. Was ask to make check under my name. After many request even a proof bank acc closet, theyll not agree on check Make under my name. Two months for return over payment. Of corse no bank account will be open.
