I would give 0 stars if I could, I asked Lincare 2 years ago to STOP sending me supplies but I still get supplies almost weekly and get calls from them every day!!Review from Heather B

I've had multiple issues with this company.. Lincare/ ********* location. It took months to get my initial order because they claimed they never received Doctors orders. I've gotten multiple orders that were missing supplies, or I got the wrong items (I had received a random 30+ stoma paste) When I call to correct the situation, I'm given an excuse that the previous person that put my order in did it wrong because they are new and they can't ship out anything to me til next month. JUST for it to happend again! The last time I called to request my daughters correct gtube extensions be sent, I was told by the *** that it sounded like I didn't know what I wanted ( not the fact that each time I have a *** calling me to order, I'm given a different /wrong answer as to what they carry.. which each time I request a non-enfit extension). I explained I simply wanted a non enfit extention, and the *** said okay she will ship out 2 JUST to call me back and say they only carry enfit and nothing else... but of course I'm the problem; I felt so defeated. I'm currently looking for a new *** company . The lack of communication, empathy and professionalism in that branch is astounding. No one should have to constantly fight to get quality care for their child. So just beware; if you looking for a competent company to supply your enteral nutritional supplies don't go with them.Review from Kimberly P

If you contact Lincare of ***************** FL do NOT work or talk with ******. Shes rude and doesnt appear to want to work. Talking to her on the phone can make a person very frustrated. She does not want to provide any help to her Customers that pay her salary. If she doesnt like her job maybe she needs to be fired or removed from talking to customers.Review from Jaqui W

My non verbal brother, with cerebral palsy received a loaner chair from this company and when he went to charge it the charger was broken. When our father called to request a new one they refused to speak with him. They stated that since my brother couldn't speak they couldn't help. My brother who is 40 years old has been getting is supplies for his care there forever and has never spoken to them. When asked why all of a sudden they couldn't speak with his father about a replacement the supervisor genevieve, said that no one was ever suppose to talk to his father but she would send a replacement or my handicap brother could pick it up. When she was told he couldn't go pick the charger up for the loaner chair genevieve stated that she could have one delivered on friday (5 days ). So now my brother isn't able to go to the gym for a week or go get food by himself for a week or go to the store himself for a week or go get his hair cut for a week. This is unacceptable since my brother has cerebral palsy and tries to stay as independent as possible, but thanks to preferred home care he is basically jailed to his home for a week because they gave him a loaner without a working charger.

This business is impossible to reach with a person to try to rectify a situation.I was fitted for a mask for a CPAP machine. The first mask did not fit, I went into the office and they replaced it with a mask that again did not fit. I was told that this is a nationwide company and I could contact another office in another state. This was not the case. When I tried to reach out to the company over the phone I was unable to reach a person to help me with the situation.I returned my machine and am now getting large bills from the company.I have tried to reach the company and have sat on hold for over an hour and not able to reach a person to speak with.I would definitely not recommend t doing business with this companyReview from Ro R

Lincare is a deviously corrupt business that cheats it’s customers by charging them for materials and service they do not request or need. I was using a rent to own devise which I paid for over 3 times beyond the agreed amount but they kept charging rent long after I had covered the purchase value. I attempted to contact lincare dozens of times but of course they have a tactical AI phone labyrinth that is impossible to penetrate. I notified Linecare to stop sending materials and supplies but they continued to do so and charge me against my instructions. I can only imagine how many old people are getting taken advantage of in this same way.Review from Blane T

No one ever answers their phones. They are the only company to get medical cannula's and oxygen accessories. Using same cannula for weeks and even months. Called for 6 weeks and finally got an answer by dialing the wrong department. I have received 4 different extensions through the years to call for cannula's but no one ever answers or respond to voicemails. WTH, I can't breathe right and forced to use bacteria filled tubes.Review from Samantha M

My son's been getting diapers since 6years old he is 11 now .They never inform clients/patients of any changes or delays in medical equipment and never take responsibility they make the clients call them to do their jobs. Everytime we have a issue where it takes even longer to get our diapers when we are suppose to be on a autoshipment but everytime it is either never delivered or they never call to inform of a issue they are having into why they did not send them. So I have to pocket out alot of money ever month even though his diapers are only covered through them they never arrive on time , they will never refund or reimburse us for having to buy out of pocket due to their negligence. I am on ssi and only get paid once a month which goes all to rent and leaves me with a few dollars for hygiene but having to buy diapers out of pocket leaves me with nothing.Review from David K

Awful company my equipment referral was sent over end of July and it is mid October and the only communication has been when I called them and just got a run around with why my equipment was being delayed they would promise they are working to resolve the issue quickly but they lied finally just got tired of trying to get ahold of someone and called my doctor and told them switch me somewhere else I don't recommend them to anyoneReview from Marva S

This is the worst patient service company I haver encountered. I have tried for three day to order my CPap equipment, I have called the location nearest my home I was told (by the automated the voice) that there was a 84 minute wait before my call would be answered. I was transferred five times in one call then was disconnected. Why my healthcare (Cigna) company uses them is beyond my understanding. M Stevensonson
