I would not use this "inspection service". The BOY that showed up to the home was very respectful but I could tell right away he was in over his head. He had no idea about the electrical issues of the home. He was on the phone most the time asking questions to an electrician friend of his. He ended up giving a clean report, which I needed but after having some major electrical issues and getting a second opinion, I found out there were glaring and obvious electrical dangers in my home that anyone with real experience would have caught. Here are the issues that I found after the "Inspection"1) outside electrical service main breaker was upside down . wires in main 200 amp box were cut short and only 3 strands of wire were used and splice with blue wire nuts to feed entire **** sqft home 2) no grounding at electrical service outside nor inside panel no ground *************** up 3)outside pool pump and pool light panel were not hook up correctly, wires were hanging out of panel not protected and were dangerous 4) interior panel no connectors in top of panel for all wires in house. could not install connectors at this time without taking entire panel back out of wall. 5) dryer , water heater , well pump were all hooked up for 110 volts and not 240 volts burned up dryer and washing machine 5) a/c ground wire cut off no ground. 6 range wire was spliced in panel #6 cable with red wire nuts on 50 amp circuit with 15 amp rated 14 gauge wire feeding range. 6 ) some circuits 110 volt did not have neutrals in panel hooked . 7 ) all connections in panel and breakers were loose.*********************** from Elite **** Services used photos that he didn't even take for his report. I requested a refund and he refused. He is a ******** and has no business inspecting homes. If you want your family safe and your investment secure, do not use this inspection service.Business response

This guy has been playing bully ball with my company and blaming me for someone else mistake. Because i know the person who made mistakes he is associating me with him and trying to force me to give him a refund.
I repeatedly told him Inspectors are not licensed electricians we cannot see internal damage. Not to mention this was an insurance inspection(4 point).A 4 point inspection looks at the 4 major systems (Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) in an older home. An insurance company wants to know that an older home has been well maintained, and the major systems are in good working condition.
This was not a residential Inspection matter!
I repeatedly tried to help him resolve his issue due to the guy he hired that he didn't sign a contract with and taking his anger out on the guy whos been trying to him. Also the Racist remarks that are being displayed such as "the Boy".
