Premium Publications is preying on the elderly. My mother had a subscription which was cancelled because she can no longer accept magazine subscriptions. Premium publications went from one credit card of our mother's to another...somehow they have access. I've called and their voice mail is always full. I've left two messages on their website. There has been no response. I think they are swindling and hacking accounts. They must be stopped!Initial Complaint

Dates of transactions are June 8, 18 July 2, 12, 24 and Aug 1. I was billed $179.88 on each of these dates and have no idea who these people are at all. I tried to contact them via phone ************ and either I get that the mailbox is full or I leave a message to call me back. So far i haven't a response to any of my calls (5) as of 8-11-2022. The charges are posted to my CC from SHOP YOUR WAY. I will have to call the CC company and dispute all of these charges and have PREMIUM PUBLICATIONS blocked from my account. The CC sent me an email about these fraudulent transactions too. Appears as if this is normal business for PREMIUM PUBLICATIONS as I see I am not the only one with the same type of complaint. My wife is in the hospital since July 14 and the CC is giving me a hard time about disputing these charges, my wife is unable to call at this time yet. My wife has only her name account, I'll see if I can get on it to dispute these charges.Initial Complaint

I have been charged on my credit card for $79.88 per month starting from at least January 2020. I have never received any product from them and I would like my money refunded. I have tried contacting them and they have never replied. I see that you have received similar complaints from other people.Initial Complaint

Within the last month my bank account has been debited for $169.88 on three different occasion for a total of $509.64. I don't have a subscription with this company. I am making an inquiry with my bank on this to have any future deductions prevented. I did not authorize this payment. I don't even know what it is for.
