      The worst company and customer service I have ever had to deal with. ***** goes out at least once a week. Tonight its been out for five hours. Two phone calls later lasting 1 1/2 hrs and its still not working. No one at tech support could help get me back on. Last call the guy couldnt help me so he just disconnected the call. Calls to Headquarters were a waste of time. They just dont care about the customer.

      We apologize for the inconvenience that the customer experienced.  The customer called our Tech Support at approximately 6 p.m. on July 16th and unfortunately could not restore tv service.  The receiver is a DISH network device and required a "hit" to the receiver directly from DISH.  This is what was determined after our Tech Support trouble shot with the customer.   It is our understanding that DISH sent a hit to the receiver this morning and the services are restored.

      Again we apologize for this interruption of service.

      Was very informative. I will probably attend the next class just to refresh myself. Opticaltel was been very accommodating to us. I would suggest that they have a picture of the remote for the presentation. The support representatives very nice and try their best to help retirees who r not totally computer literate

      Excellent presentation today. Learned a lot having only had the new system for just going on 2 weeks. Most questions answered in a way that made it easy to work the controller. Appreciate your time in coming out to go over the new system. **************

      Overall good presentation. Although a picture of the remote that you could point to would have been more helpful. The presenter mixed up the button names she was talking about several times. Confusing to many people. Opticaltel streaming has a way to go compared to other streaming platforms. I hope we will see some improvements.

      Did NOT enjoy the sessionWas frustrated. Went too fast, could not hear the questions asked and follow-up answers were not sufficient. We could not see the tv visual, either. Please consider having 4-8 instructors assigned to tables in order to give one-to-one pointers to the attendees while the session is occurring. These instructors could roam around ensuring we were looking at the correct remote control feature being discussed. Also, consider training retired Kings Ridge Teachers to be instructors. They would reinforce the points of the presentation. Visual aids at the session would be very helpful, too. Having trained individuals roaming the room providing important one-to-one follow-up at the session while it is happening would be a welcoming learning environment.

      We are very disappointed with this review as we have been presenting to this community using the same methods for approximately six years.  If the resident(s) wishes to attend multiple presentations they may as there is no limit.  To satisfy the large number of residents receiving our new services we did move the presentation location to a larger room to accommodate the anticipated higher number of attendees.  At this time we are presenting once a week and we use a microphone.  It is not conducive to have multiple instructors at the same time as this is distracting and allows the conversations to be ineffective as we all have different skill sets.    We will improve on repeating a question when one is asked before answering.  

      The presentation was split in three sessions at which time we stopped to ask for questions for anything we had just covered.  

      The purpose of the presentation is to assist with navigating the channel guide and remote control.   There are just a handful of buttons that perform approximately 90% of what customers use on a daily basis.

      We welcome you back to our next presentation which is Monday, July 1 and hope you have a better outcome.  Come early and get a seat in front!

      If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I returned a cable box for which I gave a $60 deposit on. This was done in April of 2023. They have received the cable box back but I've yet to receive a refund of my $60 deposit.I have called over 20 times and emailed numerous times. Most recently, Opticaltel sent me an email in November of 2023 stating they apologize and are working on getting me my money. I still have not received it.My next step is taking it to small claims court in order to get payment. Very frustrating because they want their money right away in order for me to get a box. However, they do not give people's money back in a timely manner when the box is returned.

      Opticaltel provides our community with fiber to the home to each condo. Service was installed approx. 2 years ago. We had some glitches on first install, but Opticaltel worked thru ************** is very satisfactory. Fiber to the home is a good service.

      Horrible service. Been a customer since 2017 with promises of better service and no improvement.
