This company continues to ******* our offices with calls trying to solicit our business. They have been told, on multiple occasions, that we are not interested. That doesn't stop them - they continue to call over and over - sometimes multiple times back to back. The "sales people" calling are rude, pushy, and utterly unprofessional. These tactics certainly do not earn you our business. As a matter of fact, they have ensured that we will never do business with your company. We are tired of being harassed by you and because your "sales people" do not have the common courtesy or respect to remove us from your calling lists, you have left us no choice but to use this method. The behavior of your people is utterly shameful! Do not reach out to us via any means again - mail, email, phone, fax, etc.Business response

My name is *********************** and I am the sales manager for JC Supply. I am sorry you had a terrible experience with our company. This is not how we conduct business and I am not happy about it. There was no name attached to the complaint so when I went to my sales team, not one of them admits to calling *****. But believe me I will find out and he or she will get dealt with. I wish someone would have contacted me first. It would have been easier for me to handle the situation and find out who the offender is. Again I apologize on behalf of JC Supply. We do not take this lightly and rest assured I will handle it and you will not hear from our company again.

Better Business Bureau:
To provide further info for ******......Your "sales people" called again last Thursday - asked for a Mark **** and t**** is no one **** by that name. I'm attaching pictures from my CID log showing, without question, that your 877# called us. I'm sure you can also check your outgoing call logs to see who called. This person didn't give their name as many haven't. The last person that contacted us, prompting me to complain to the BBB, was someone calling themselves ********* Of course, as unprofessional as these representatives are, I would not be surprised if they used fake names. The mere fact that no one at your organization will admit to calling us shows the caliber of employees you retain.
I didn't bother to reach out to your company because of the utter rudeness your callers extend to us. I can just see me calling, asking for a manager, and being hung up on - this behavior wouldn't surprise me one bit.
So, please do NOT contact us again via phone. ****** - if you provide me with your direct contact information - direct call line AND email - I will reach out to you directly if they call us again. This nonsense needs to end.
