I ************************* (vehicle owner) received the vehicle(bmw 335i) back on January 23, 2023 from being repaired do to transmission issues but then on January 24, 2023. I had to return to mighty transmission shop because the under a **** was hanging off while there I found out that my original hardware was thrown out by mistake so they rigged it back on with zip ties.. on July 20, 2023 I yendrys p. Was leaving work at approximately 11:30 PM when I, noticed a flapping and scraping noise, Ive then checked underneath my vehicle, and noticed the under tray completely loose. On July 21, 2023. I made my way to mighty transmission shop at approximately 9:30 AM shop owner said I can buy the correct hardware and fix it myself its just getting a **** and jacking it up cause hes full and has no time for me.. I then reminded the shop owner that his younger employees were the ones who lost my original hardware and rigged it with zip ties and that I have to work from 3pm to ****pm on July 21, 2023, if we can zip tie it back and I can make it to work with out destroying the under trade and that if I go to work and back from Homestead to Brickell that the under tray plastic will not be reusable do to the scrapes on concrete, the shop owner proceeded to say that thats not his problemBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
************* did come to my shop at the end of July. I asked him if he had an appointment because he is well aware that I work by appointments only and he said no. I asked him if he had called before hand to tell us he was coming in and again he said no. I asked him for the invoice and he could not supply. I told him I did not recall what we had done to his vehicle, but that if he needed help, I will do my best. At that moment in time my shop was full and all my lifts had cars on them. I asked him to leave the car and he refused so I told him to come at a later date and he got upset. I showed him that I had no way of going under his car because the shop was full. And he proceeded to threaten me with lawyers and Better Business Bureau in a so I asked him to provide me the proper documentation or give me ample time to repair whatever he needed, and he refused.
