two jobs for landscaping the back yard done for $2,758.75 on 1-9-22 Estimate 1359, and the other job was front yard 1,303.60 3-7-22 estimate 1368 Green Expectations are not returning my calls I have made at least 10 calls and texts, sent emails with my concerns about the Plants that were planted by green expectations. the company was to come back and put scallops around plants in back yard. I wanted to have them check the plants that are dying I have followed the watering instructions, I have sprayed the plants with Neem product as suggested by the company's representative after she looked at the pictures sent. The plants do not look any better. My complaint is that nobody is calling me back and I have no way to communicate with anybody. I even went to their business in Dade City but could not get through the gate. I would like someone to communicate back to me and address my concerns. I have pictures on my phone that I sent to Aylissa of green expectations I don't know how to send in supporting documents.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/05) */ We performed the work according to specifications provided in the estimate. After a few months, the customer reached out to our account manager and she promptly responded with how to treat the issue (leaf spots) with the plants. Screenshots of the conversation are available. In addition, we let the customer know that no "scalloped edging" material is available for us to install. The customer did not pay for material nor labor, so we suggested he seek elsewhere to get this done. The customer demanded numerous times that the young female account manager meet at his house to look at the plants and she insisted that we have no time and all suggestions for his complaints have been addressed verbally. He still demanded she come. The owner got involved and told him on 5/2/22 how to handle his plant issues and that we will not be doing work with him anymore. At first I was not going to reply to the response from Green Expectations but I would like to set the record my first call to the account manager was 28 days after the plants were installed. I new the account manager was on her honeymoon and should have been back to work after getting voice mail box full several times I sent texts starting on 4-14-22. After that I sent another text 4-18-22 and got reply to send pictures I sent a total of 10 pictures and got a reply to spray the plants with Neem product. I did this but it did not help the Palm tree or other plants. All of my text messages were sent with the greatest courtesy asking please call me back and thank you for you response. I was told that Green Expectations would warrantee the plants for 30 days after the installations of plants This is why I wanted someone to come and look at the plants that were installed. If this is the way Green Expectations treats a customer that spent over $4,000.00 on there plants and work then then I would say there customer support is poor. As far as the call made by me on 5-2-22 the owner said they were to busy and could not find the scallops for the back yard and I told him did this mean that I am responsible for the scallops and he said yes. By the way Lowes and Walmart have scallops in stock. for this reason I would give Green Expectations a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 meaning 1 the worst.
