My business used to be a client of Jerry Adams, Inc. dba Fast Tax for several years.2020 came I needed my taxes done and I needed to contact him and he was never available so I finally changed my accountant we did a change of address and this is when the *** sent me a new letter on August 15, 2022 and the problem started.I received the letter from the *** for taxes due from 2016. It seemed odd since I know I always had them done on time by them or so I thought. I called the ***, spent an hour and a half to get through with them, they told me that since 2019 they have sent letters about this issue but I was never notified by Fast Tax. I was never notified that he was trying to fix the issue but he did not, by trying to do this he forged my signature and got a ***** of ******** that I never authorized or knew about and said he does this all the time. The *** sent more letters and they were ignored and like before I was never notified because my business mailing address was his business address.After I called the *** I reached out to Jerry and told him about the situation, he responded and sent me the documents that supposedly were sent on time and some certified mail posted certificates that he claims were the ones mailed to The *** or Social Security that were supposed to be mailed. He did recommend that we close the business and open a new Corp because the *** would have very little means to go after me on a civil manner. We spoke I told him we need to fix it and he said he was busy and could not help me till after September 15, to which I agreed and said I would call him and did. I called he did not pick up, he replied with a text saying text me I'll text as soon as possible and I did and we agreed on meeting on Monday September 26, 2022. I asked several times for a time to meet in the afternoon on that day but was never answered, well the day came I texted to see what time and he said he had to cancel because he was not feeling well so now I need help.
