I purchased 1 Flamethrower Crown from Backyard Breaks on August 22nd, 2024. The product claims on their website,Flamethrower Crown Floor - $225 (Lowest Market Value)Ceiling - $1,200-$2,000 (Highest Market Value) ONE (1) Raw or Graded Card Per Box.When the order arrived I was surprised to receive six Trading Cards not worth anywhere near the value stated. The product strictly highlights that it is one (1) Raw or Graded card and I received 6 base cards. The total price is $700 for the box $742 after tax. I am very disappointed as the last time I had purchased the product I had no trouble receiving the correct cards. I would like to know what happened to the box that was opened for me and I would like a new box opened as reparations.

Horrible experience. I'm new to the whatnot app, I didn't know live auctions were a thing when I decided to hop on and watch the Backyard live. I accidently swiped on the screen and bid on an auction with no intentions of doing do. I won the auction for around $2.5k, which was much higher than previous and following auctions of the same product, which shows you I had no intent. The highest I've ever paid for a break previously was a few hundred dollars. I immediately tried to contact customer service and and got a generic response. I then tried to contact the seller who had thier messages disabled. I finally figured out how to request a cancellation about an hour later, which the seller declined the following day. I reported to ****** right away also. They froze my account but the funds were already taken out. I tried multiple times to contact customer service, but was either ghosted or met with and Ai response. There is no live customer support from either the app or the seller. It is pretty ridiculous that something like this can happen and get no support from anyone. I'm not some sort of scammer who's trying to pull a fast one. I have all my emails with time stamps from right after I accidently won the auction. I think at this point my only option is to send my credit card company all the documents and open up a dispute.

      Hey there,

After reviewing all of the evidence in this case, it looks like the items that the buyer was customer to receive from ** were mistakenly packed with another buyer's items. The other customer reached out to us about the issue as well and we facilitated having them return the items to us so that we could have them all sent to the original customer. Along with already having the original buyer's items shipped out to them, we also included an additional $1,000 valued item for them as a sign of good faith. We do not feel that a refund is necessary at this point as the buyer will be in possession of their original items and then some as a resolution.
