this dealership is unique in their outstanding customer service, honesty and time taken with every customer. There are no usual nightmares of buying a car here. Would give Jarrett- Gordon **** our highest recommendation. the Principal Owner ******* Gordon , as the head of the dealership, has set up a dealership where every customer is treated honestly and fairly and made to feel very special. I had a great experience with the sales team trading my ************** in BUT there accounting department Took a month to pay off my credit union and I had to pay another month on the vehicles I didnt own anymore not good business on their behalf from accounts payable had to call several times to sales manager and then they paid the boat off and not the truck had to callback again dont understand I love my new vehicle I got but this should not happen at a dealer this size the sales staff were great but the payoff department not so goodReview from Adoracion V

I recently purchased a car from Jarrett Gordon Ford in Davenport, and my experience was excellent in every area. *********** and finance staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the process. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles, and the buying process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Jarrett Gordon Ford for anyone in search of a quality car and exceptional customer service.
