hurricane Ian damaged my pool cage. on feb 15th a rep from extreme cages came out, explained the work and gave us an estimate we agreed to move forward and paid 35%. the work started around the 18th as he took out the old screen and some of the damaged cage and started to replace some of the damaged cage. he asked for another 35% on the 21st which was part of our contract. on the 24th he contacted me explaining a supply issue and needed parts to compleat the project . on the 29th someone came out and started to apply paint to some of the cage. that was the last we heard from anyone. i tried to call a few weeks later to find that their phone number was disconected. i sent multipul e-mails with no responce.Initial Complaint

February 13 2022 Extreme Cages gave me a estimate and painted my Lanka ceiling in February or March 2022 as well as resreened my pool cage. I paid $1,800 for the ceiling. The paint is peeling in some spots. I called and text several times.we finally set a date March 20th for them to come out and fix the issues. I text and called to get a time frame as to when they will be here. They never came...never called !!! I have a 10 year warranty on paint.Initial Complaint

I paid Xtreme Cages, Painting & Rescreens LLC $1,275.60 on July 22, 2022 just to get on their waiting list to have my backyard screen enclosure painted. They have not done an ounce of work. On January 15th, 2023, I sent them a text stating that if they did not come out in the next week, I would cancel our agreement and request the return of my down payment. They never came to my house, so on January 21st, I followed up and requested my down payment be returned. I still haven't received my $1,275.60.Customer response

I placed a 10k deposit for work to be done 7 months ago. When it was time to schedule he has not committed to any of the schedules. First it was hurricanes then supplies and then now he is or needs money because he is struggling b cause of the hurricane. I would like help getting the money back, or I want the world to know he is a lies and steals money.
