I rented a car with my family while on vacation in *******. We rented a car on 7/20/22. it was a luxury car rental. It was expensive, slow, and then we did not get our security deposit back. Attached are the emails, documenting phone calls, emails etc attempting to get the refund. i left negative reviews online, and got a response, then sent them follow up email, and nothing. There have been subsequent negative reviews. You have a company taking advantage of tourists, that will negatively impact tourism in your state. All i am looking for is the refund of the security deposit.Initial Complaint

After talking with a representative I decided I wanted to rent one of their vehicles a couple days. And was assured that they could deliver the vehicle to my location at the appointed time. After paying them almost 4 thousand dollars and being told I would receive portion refunded once my time is up with the vehicle with no additional expenses or fees. But on the day it was supposed to arrive took off work to be there when the car arrives and it never showed up. Not only did the vehicle never arrive when I called numerous times to ask why, nobody would answer the phone and I still have not heard anything from them. I would like to get my money back I spent on the vehicle and additional funds for lost wages.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction Jul 31, 2023 (booking created)Rental of Lamborghini for 2 days Car was supposed to be delivered to my business ********************************************** on Friday September 1, 2023. I NEVER received the vehicle and was given a whole bunch of excuses. It's been almost a week I've called the business several times and have not been able to get to any resolutions. 7/6/2023 date of transaction.Money paid: $3,616.86.Instant luxury rentals committed to dropping off a Porsche Cayenne at ************************* for a rental from 7/11/23-7/16/23. I had landed in ********* International and contacted them to see where they were located and they said that they were not able to fill my request when I had fully paid. They said they were going to give me a refund, but they have not been answering their phones or making any action to confirm a refund. They are a scam company. Reservation number #****.I am looking for a full refund.
