I was sitting at the Hard Rock Cafe on Saturday night I had a wonderful Waitress , she was a delight and was very knowledgeable about the menu and even gave my advice on things to do in the area. Our waitress just refilled our drink when another guest came up to her and was screaming at her (in the kitchen area) he even went to hit her, the managers ,let this same guy go sit back down and finish his beer (he was already drunk) and eat with family. They decide to send our waitress home this environment is not family friendly. This guy should of been kicked out for what he did ,it was not the waitresses fault.

Welcome To The Hard Rock Cafe Out In Hollywood, **********! I have Not been here in years and What A Great Return! For Lunch: I had the Cowboy Ribeye and Strawberry Basil Lemonade to drink while ****** had Red Wine (Merlot) and Baby Back Ribs. The food and drinks tasted Great!Video 2: For Dessert: We were in a bit of a hurry, but I managed to get a Diner-Style Milkshake with Rich ********* Ice Cream. It was a Perfect To Go Dessert! I called to make a reservation because the hotel's website asked to call because of volume of reservations being made. I had prices for the room I wanted available right in front of me on the website while speaking to the representative. The representative was very nice. But....The agent quoted a much higher price ($100 more per night) for the room I was requesting. I asked why and was not given a sufficient answer. After putting me on hold for a long, long time; my call was terminated. I called back and was connected to a different representative. The agent quoted me a price that was only $20 different than the rate online. Explained that this tower was a little bit more expensive due to the beach view. Wow! A normal explanation and quote that matched the online price closely. Hard Rock... I don't know what is going on; but it is really bad that either the rep is trying to ******* people to reserve higher priced rooms; are not trained and think it's okay to disconnect a customer willing to pay $700 for a 3 night stay at your hotel + gambling and food.Hard Rock International (USA), Inc.
