I wish I can leave 0 stars this is the worst Dealership Ive ever dealt with and I have numerous of cars through numerous dealerships. first of all we are from ******** did an out of state deal brought an Dodge Hellcat my son had to put down $****** cash we came up with the money within a week and sent it to them immediately and any time we call they would answer the phone ***** on the spot once transaction was done and completed immediately after when we call no response we leave messages no call back just totally disrespectful So we took the car to a dodge dealership in ******** literally a month after I received the vehicle it was an light on the dash they tell me the supercharger is gone out the car only has ****** miles on it so it should still be under warranty right But the warranty people came out to the dealership and checked the car out and they said they wouldnt cover it because they said it has an aftermarket pulley on it and that could have cause the Supercharger to go out but that had nothing to do with me cause the car was brought like that so called this dealership and talk to ******** in the finance department she said she will talk to someone at get back to me well its been 3 weeks no call and I keep calling them and they wont answer the phone at all so needless to say Im going to have to hire a lawyer to go after them cause they BOGUS and the **************** dont want to cancel the Warranty until I get in touch with the dealership but they wont answer so What is a person to do?

VERY UNPROFFESTIONAL!! My daughter was looking to purchase a vehicle with this Dealership and we got the runaround for days. Once the buyer's order was finally recieved, the car increased almost $10,000 from what was on their website. The Salesman claimed that the price on the webstie is if you allow them to provide financing. This is mentioned NO where under this particular vehicle. Also he stated the price difference was due to an out of state purchase. I've purchased several cars from the **************** and there was never a $10,000 price jump.Please find another dealership to do business with!!!!

My issue was resolved and my complaint has been more than satisfied, the team did a great job and I am happy with the results. Service team was amazing treating it as top priority, the team worked hard to get the best results for me and to get my car fixed, which they did. Thank you University Mitsubishi.

I purchased a vehicle from University Mitsubishi and a i have had a great time with it, but taking to the shop to get serviced takes weeks for anything and i mean 4 days to do a oil change and then to top the whole thing off i dropped it off to get serviced and they never called me the next day or the next few days even after calling a ton of times being put on hold and then being answered and then being hung up on. ******, ******, and ****** all put my call on mute and blocked me and have just been ignoring my calls since day one. worst place to come if you need your car serviced by them.

Very professional honest staff with amazing inventory. Cannot say enough good things about this store. Easy and pleasant to purchase a vehicle.
