On 4/5/23. I entered into contract with Rocky's Roofing to do a flat roof repair. I paid $3,276 (amount of estimate). The repair was done on 4/7/23. The following day (4/8/23). the roof started leaking profusely in the original area other areas of the flat roof, which had no previous leaks, including parts of my living room. I contacted Rocky's Roofing the next business day (4/10/23), to inform them of the issues, and my concerns. Two roofers were sent out the week of 4/10/23 to repair the leaks.On 7/5/23, I called the company about the roof leaking in the original area. Two roofers were sent out on 7/12/23 to do a 3rd repair on the same original leak.On 7/27/23 the roof started leaking again in the original area. I called the company yet again (7/28/23), to complain about the original leak. Roofers were sent out on 7/29/23 to do another repair. On 8/10/23, I had to calll this company again due to the roof leaking in the same original area. As of today, August 13, 2023, I have not heard from the owner(s) of Rocky's Roofing. At this point, I have NO CONFIDENCE in this company repairing the original flat roof that I paid $3,276 to have done on 4/7/23. I am very cocerned my roof is being further comprised by the lack of professional repair to stop the leaking. I am therefore, requesting a full refund of the monies spent in the amount of $3,276 as it is apparent, that I must hire another roofing company to accurately repair a flat roof leak that this company is having problems doing professionally. Also, the repair comes with a one year warranty. The roof started leaking the very next day after the first repair. I have been more than patient with Rocky's Roofing. Enough is enough.

We were contact by ***************************** to give her an estimate for a leak at her garage. We gave her the proposal which she signed 4/5/23 and returned it to **. We scheduled the repair for 4/7/23 and did the work. We were called that the roof was still leaking and responded on 4/11/23. She called again and we responded 4/14/23. We didn't hear from her until 7/5/23 and again on 7/12/23 we did respond and went out there 7/12/23 & 7/29/23. She now refuses to let us onto her property and try to resolve the issue. At no time did we tell her it would cost any more than the original quote. We are not causing more damage to her roof as she stated, she is allowing more damage to occur by not letting us repair it.Customer response

Complaint: 20463077Rocky's Roofing ******** **** breached our contract to repair the flat roof leaks after 4 attempts. Therefore, the company has breached it's agreement to repair my roof. I am again requesting a full refund in the amount of $3.276.00.

There is no breach of contract as long as Rocky's Roofing Co., Inc. shows up to do the work as contracted - as we have told ******************** that we are willing to come out and verify that the leak she is complaining about is in fact the same leak, not another in a different area. We have been in business for 40 years and always honor our warranties on the work we perform.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: 1) The companhy's roofing laborers have repaired the same leak 4 times. 2) Based on ******* law regulating roofing contractors and laborers all must be licensed to perform roof repairs. The owner never showed up to repair the roof under his license. Are the ********************** laborers licensed to do roof repairs in *******? 3) After 4 attempts to repair the original leak on *******, your company has failed. 4) I am filing a complaint with the ******* ********** of ******** Professional Regulations (DBPR), The ******* Attorney General for performing shoddy roof repair work on a senior citizen's roof. I am also serious contemplating a lawsuit against this company.
