Date of purchase: 19 July, 2023 Amount: $2581.78. Got a table and chairs for the dining room. I was told if anything went wrong with it, if it could not be fixed, the table would be replaced. It developed bubbles along the edge of the leaf. The leaf does not fit properly. I was told I created the problem because water was spilled. Needless to say Haynes Brothers refused to honor the warranty. It is possible the table was defective when we bought it. .Between this table and other furniture that was bought, I spent over $5000.00 I hope Haynes Brother enjoys what money I spent there. I will not spend another dime at Haynes Brothers. And I highly suggest people think twice before buying anything from Haynes Brothers. Haynes Brothers would rather lose customers than honor the warranty. It appears the table was poorly made.Business response

Haynes **** sent out 2 different people to inspect the complaint. One service manager with 30 years of experience and a store manager with 35 years of experience and they both had the same conclusion. Some type of liquid was spilled in the crack of the table where the liquid got to wood which is what made the table swell up. There was no flaw , it was human error that caused the problem. This has happened a year after being purchased. We told the customer this and she was happy with this. Most times we fix customers errors, but this one had to much damage( swelling caused by some type of liquid).
