Wonderful, helpful, happy staff - both customer service and the movers themselves. I have personally used other moving companies and find United American Moving And Storage easy and reliable!

I moved into my first condo ever and I bought some furniture from a couple of different stores as well as donations from my parents. So my move had a few stops. I needed a company that could get this done easily while coordinating with my new condos strict move in times. The United American Moving And Storage went above my expectations as they coordinated the multiple pick ups based on a logical route that would save me time. This is something that other companies didn't offer. I booked with them because of their honesty and they gave me more than I could imagine. I'm very grateful for this first moving experience and will use them in the future

Lion and Gambino were great. Showed up early, went over the items to be moved and set about the process in a cool, calm collected manner. Polite, kind, personable - really nice job, guys! Frank in the office was great as well. Great communication from the entire team made for a low-stress move. We would absolutely call United American Moving And Storage again.

I am updating my post from yesterday with pictures of my stuff dumped on the sidewalk/parking lot of my apartment building at 1 a.m. without notice to me that was being done. I sent an email to Amanda "customer service" requesting a full refund of the approx 5k I paid. If I could give negative 1 million stars I would. If you call them these are the people you will talk to Roxy, Amanda, Shannon, Brandon none of which will give you a straight answer where your stuff is and when you will get it. Then pounded me off on :Frankie the driver who is a straight up liar. In the end they will all ignore your calls, text and emails. I even messaged the owner about these issues and he never responded. I have waited a total of 3 months for the entirety of my property. My complaints are as follows: 1. 21 business day delivery did not occur 2. When that did not happen they lied and said I asked for 30 days storage which they gave me for free. I never asked for 30 days storage nor is it in my contract 3. No one gave me a delivery date. 4. Every one listed above simply stopped responding to my inquiries of WHERE IS MY STUFF 5. First delivery only had 1/2 of my property 6. 2nd delivery was dumped outside in the rain in the parking lot/sidewalk of my apartment building at 1 a.m. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The 2 movers actually came a little early. They were both very professional and courteous. They were done sooner than expected and I would highly recommend them! 4.5 stars!!

Great service moving from FL to TX they handled my belongings with extra care, their arrival times were accurate. I’m happy because of the ease of having disassembly and assembly as needed. Competitive prices and good, clear and friendly customer service from Steve D and Sandy V.

They are liars with no integrity if I did not have a copy of the receipt from movers who picked up my furniture…their lie would not be exposed

The whole reason for my decision to go with them was I wanted to help support the veterans, only to find out the veteran that started the company had retired and a family member took over the company who is not a veteran. Do not use this company as others have already stated complete scam artistes. I too was told after I had already given a deposit to lock in the current cost per cubic sf that I was now required to measure and give measurements to get a more accurate cost for my move from California to Tennessee. My original cost started at around $4765 with the deposit of $1586.01 only to change to $14,765.53. requiring and additional deposit now at $3179.52 due to the fact that I started this process back in March 2024 I knew the original information I had given them was only an estimate, and now having to pay 3 times as much was total bullshit, see i had given them a list of what items that would not go in a box and they told me the additional space needed was going to require a much larger truck. I was also led to believe that they were using an in-house mover they did not. I received a call from Roxy in dispatch another blatant Lier now that I had the move date, she informed me that the mover would be there in my move date in the morning. I did not receive a call from the mover by the end of the day so I reached out to him he told me he wouldn't be there until the e following day. But would try to get there when I needed him there, he did. The mover they sent to me MNS Transport another scammer has still not delivered our stuff it's been two and a half months. We are sick to our stomachs as he won't return calls, I did try texting him only to get the run around as to when our stuff might be here. Be very careful with moving it can be very scarry stuff. Also, American Moving and Storage LLC will send you referrals don't believe a word from any of them. Same with MNS Transport AKA Frankie

SCAM artists! When planning my move and looking for movers, a guy named Jason from United American moving and Storage left me a voicemail saying they have a truck that is already going to be in Idaho delivering a military guy’s belongings and then the truck would be heading back to Florida. rather than go back empty they could deliver my stuff to Tennessee on the way for a much cheaper price than anyone else. sounded like a good deal so I took him up on it. then a couple weeks before the move another person from the company, Roxy, emailed asking for measurement of everything not in a box as well as the total number of boxes. I spent a long time trying to be as accurate and diligent as I could. when I gave the numbers about a week before delivery, she said it was now going to be over twice the price. they said I had more than originally estimated. I don’t know how they were that far off so we negotiated on the price a bit and they were able to bring it down some more. surely since I gave them all my measurements, this would be the accurate final price. they estimated 1400 cubic feet. fast forward to moving day. first, they came the day after the day I requested and the driver said he would be there in the morning but it wasn’t until the afternoon. curious, as they said the truck was already going to be in the area delivering the military guy, but the truck driver said they had come from Seattle. so that was another red flag. they had a 2000 cubic feet truck, so surely enough room for the 1400 cubic feet of stuff that Roxy had said I had. nope! truck completely full with about $1000 worth of belongings that would not fit on the truck. I literally had to throw some stuff away and give the rest to my neighbors because we were leaving the next morning and had no other option. and the cost was now almost $9K more than what Jason originally quoted!!! Do not, by any means, do business with this company. they are scam artists.

Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with a service that was NEVER rendered!!! This company starts off politely and extremely caring but once you sign that contract. the rate changes x3 with exact measurements!!! If I can give them zero 0?? stars I would!!! We were called role models of a customer because we helped them with measurements. We gave them a deposit ?? to start the contract. Once we got our move date closer **** reported that we were going to get a 26 foot truck. We went over measurements and items 1 by one!!! Our price went up again. We even sold items to keep the cost down!!! How can your cost go up with less items to be on the list???? Another deposit was given we had questions but **** couldnt be contacted or found anymore. She never returned our calls!! This company is a broker. Even though they say theyre not. They use sub- contractor's!!! These guys were only going to pick up my items and put them in a storage unit and then have another group of contractors to move my items. On move date the gentleman was very nice but then said the price was going up again $250-$800.00!!! We did not agree to pay for again for a price increase as nothing changed!!!! The gentleman said, youre only getting 1/4 of the space of this 26 foot truck!!! Youre not getting this entire truck!!! He measured the space visually. They would not load the truck unless this company agreed to redo contract. I also videotaped my items for my insurance company and took pics and I was accused of videotaping their employees!!! Which was false!!! The movers cancelled our move and *** called US yelling at us and didnt even allow us to explain on what happened!!! He hung the phone up. The MOVERS left and we were NEVER moved!!! It was a nightmare!!! We tried calling the company back to find out about our REFUND from our deposit as services where NEVER rendered. Email was sent but with no response!!! All we want is our refund of services NOT rendered
