On 02/01/2024, I purchased three GA tickets to the Daytona 500. DISV 20946543-27946690 total $498.00. Unfortunately after driving all the way to ************* the event was cancelled by NASCAR due to rain. We were told to return the next day or call or go online the attend another event. After trying to exchange these ticket using the online form on three different computers. I called to submit exchange. All the tickets information was taken and I was told I would receive an email so I could reschedule. After three weeks of waiting. I called again! (Apparently NASCAR could not even be bothered to return a phone call) THIS TIME I WAS TOLD NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE !!!!APPARENTLY NASCAR HAS IMPLEMENTED A POLICY WHERE I HAVE TO PAY THE INSURANCE TO PROTECT NASCAR IN THE EVENT NASCAR CANCELS THE EVENT !!!!I hope the airline do not hear about this scam!!I passed on buying insurance because I intended to be there for the race and was willing to risk the chance I could not attend. I understand rescheduling thousands of people is difficult and in the interest of safety the race should have been cancelled but this policy is a terrible way to treat a customer!!!!!I would like to reschedule these tickets but if this is not possible then a full refund. These tickets were a gift for my brother in laws birthday. If he can go then he will go. I will not waste my time or money with NASCAR again! I hope this sparks a class action lawsuit. Then whoever inspired this policy will be terminated as they should have been when this was proposed.

In Nascar Rewards program , the initially offered a signed helmet with 31 signatures for 8000 points. Then they ran out but promised to restock when they offered the next helmet 75th anniversary signed by playoff drivers for 9500 points .The helmet is not 75th anniversary and isn't the one pictured in Email they sent or on the page for redemption. You can see the difference in pictures! When ask in multiple emails my answer is supply and demand and I got what was pictured and described. They said they would refund if I sent it back but they also offering a sweepstakes of a 2023 field helmet .It is a shame to post you give a helmet this just got stickers and nothing else says Nascar

Purchased two tickets for the nascar chicago event scheduled for July 1 thru July 2, 2023. The tickets $558 (fees included) for 2 general admission wristbands The event promised to include 4 concerts and 2 races. In the end, due to weather and poor planning, the event cancelled the 4 concerts and only ran 1 and 1/4 of the races. And the event had limited viewing of the races. I asked for a refund or partial refund but they said there are no refunds. I just don’t understand how they could advertise and promise an experience for the price of admission and not deliver on it even partially or offer money back for inconvenience.

I purchased tickets for Phoenix raceway on March 13th. I had a heart attack and was in ICU for three days. I emailed and called Karsten M*********, my personal account representative multiple times. I scanned my hospital bill to provide proof. I had received a letter saying I had a credit for the total invoice of $528.00. I received another letter saying I had to contact nascar by July 15, 2022 to get credit. I did call several times, spoke to customer service staff who emailed Karsten directly, saw I had emailed him, and left messages for a supervisor to call me back. I have never been called back by Karsten or a supervisor. These tickets were for my son's birthday. I would like to use the credit for tickets next March 2023 for his birthday.
