On 1/14/24, I bought an Apple smart folio for my ipad. On 1/16/24 I received a cheap knock off of the item from Amazon with an Amazon gift receipt. the item was worth $16.00. I sent them an email requesting the item I ordered along with their receipt with a picture and exact wording of the item which was supposed to be refurbished which is why is was half the price of a new one. They offered to send me the correct item if I sent them another $40.00. I declined and asked for a refund. They would not give me information on how to get refund and kept trying to sell me other items.Business response

Purchased AirPods under the impression they had a 7 day refund guarantee as posted on their purchase page. When the AirPods came defective I decided to go with an apple store and requested a full refund from them within their 7 day timeframe. They stated due to covid they arent accepting returns. Which is not stated on the purchase page but further on the website under their returns page. When I reached out they were not helpful telling me I had to go to apple even though my request occurred two days after delivery. I requested a refund due to a defective charging case. The case does not charge above 61% and they told me I was confused about the way the iPods charge which Im not, my case never gets a full charge. After I was told someone would get back to me later instead of resolving the issue on the spot for a full refund as stated on the order page (attached) I posted a negative review based on the circumstance which was fact and not false information they now refuse to resolve the issue entirely. This was not a small purchase. $400.Business response

This was resolved with a full refund.
