My company hired Prado Maintenance Group to do a repairing job in Hollywood. One of the job is to fix the roof, December 2022, he started doing the roof, after he finished the job around January 2023, we found water leak on the ceiling. At the time, he did not admit the job wasn't done right. We found out the balcony isn't leveled, multiple tiles without grout, trapped water level increase rapidly and enter the unit interior. If he is a professional general contractor, he shouldn't advise to put tiles on the roof, on top of that, he did not open up the drainage on the roof. The house started to show more serious water leak. He blamed on the gutter needs to be cleaned. We cleaned the gutter on 6/9, on 6/21 the leak got even worse. Ridiculously, he accused us opening the roof ourselves. On the invoice 732, he supposed to install a new gutter but he did not. The flooring was left with unfinished big gap between cabinetry. A lot of missing parts of the appliances. Things were missing in the house when they came to repair the house. We found out the plumbing for the washer was not connected to the drain. I paid over $45,000 to this company and he refused to fix the roof. There was no warranty nor customer satisfaction - I had to deal with his emotional inappropriate and unprofessional messages every time I reached out. Due to the poorly done job, the house is in more damage and it will cost me more money to repair other things.
