Careless, disrespectful and they just dont care! They destroyed my house in many ways during the restoration process! Absolutely terrible! They also price *****! They know exactly what your insurance company will pay you so they ask top dollar for what the do! Im sick over what extra damage they did! Its bad enough what we are going through being flooded with ****** and ******! Do not use this company! I have it one star because I had to!Review from Christina H

We had a horrible experience with Joe Taylor restoration. Joe Taylor restoration was one of our preferred vendors through our insurance company. Because they were a preferred vendor, we put trust in this company. The document they had a sign provided that payment would be made directly from the insurance company to themselves. This gave us a level of comfort that we would not have Worry about any mishandling or confusion. We were led to believe that all costs would be covered by our insurance provider. At no time, did Joe Taylor restoration alert us that their fee would exceed our insurance coverage. Their business practices are very deceiving and prevented us from seeking competitive bids. Unfortunately, we were left being told that we owed an additional $2500 out of our own pockets. I am completely disheartened and I highly recommend against using their services.Review from Marion E

Joe Taylors Restoration in Tampa. Let me begin by saying I was not an easy customer. My neighbors water tank must have been leaking for months if not over a year into my Master bath & surrounding areas. It caused extensive mold damage. I called my insurance company & asked for their recommendation for a Mold remediation service. They gave me 2 names. After totally being calmed down by Terrance , at Joe Taylors, after quite a few phone calls. I was really nervous about the whole situation. I went forward with Joe Taylors service. This was a situation I had no control over in my own home. Terrance sent Bruno and his crew over to do the work. They were amazing. The informed me every step of the way , they were all polite & were extremely hard workers. They treated me & home with respect and care. Another manager also stopped at my home to check on how things were going. It's a scary situation, finding mold in your home, going through insurance company's, signing contracts for the work to be completed. If you are going through any of this, I would fully recommend Joe Taylor Restoration. They handled it all perfectly.Review from Jerrilynn M

My coworker called your company To see if we had mold in the store We worked at. ******************* **** ***************.************ *****.**** the man who came said there Was mold in back of store inside Of a cabinet and in the bathroom.He suggested we keep doors closed but we could work in front Of the store. I was there when **** came to store. Manager Called me a liar due to **** telling Her that what he said was un true.Company will not give me any information. I used this company in my home. I would never use this company or refer them to anyone Again due to a worker either lying.,Or misrepresenting the company.Shame on them . I now give them a zero rating. The store has mold.Someone is lying. Now the health ***** Has been notified.Review from Gabriel R

Do not use them. They were referred by usaa and we never received a bill. They new our deductible was 2 k a claim so they socked ** unmercifully for work done which was terrible at best. Fans only for 4 k. He was all talk and no results.Review from Rozelle Anne Z

Joe Taylor Restoration was sent by my insurance company after a pipe broke and flooded my home. They arrived within an hour. The crew was VERY polite, communicative, hard working, and professional. The Foreman Steve Voitus was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and patient. Steve took the time to explain everything and returned the next day to check on the equipment and progress. Steve gave me his cell phone in case any problems occurred. The crew was very respectful of my furniture and put everything they moved back in the exact place it was moved from. The crew that returned 5 days later to put everything away and pick up their blowers & dehumidifiers was also fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Joe Taylor Restoration and their staff. ON A SCALE OF 1-10 THEY DESERVE A 20!!!! THANK YOU!!!
