      I was defrauded by a person named *****. He is a rep at this company that fraudulently said he was partnered with the health insurance network that works for my company. He lied and said my health insurance was cancelled and he initiated separate insurance coverage so he could get a comission. He lied about the whole thing.

      Dear *************,
      We Apologize if you felt frauded out of your funds but looks to me like we already quickly refunded your payment. After reviewing your account your funds were released to you back on 03/26/2024 which was the very next day after you called feeling dissatisfied with the plan. It takes normally 3-5 days for a refund depending on the banking institution to reflect in your account. Along with reviewing the account and calls from our customer service department, there were a lot of racial comments and foul language being used by ************* after he was advised the account was canceled and refunded on our end, He's been advised of that numerous of times. He also continued to call customer service and harass them so moving forward, we felt it necessary to no longer take his calls and referred him directly to the company the policy was with who was responsible for giving the refund. We apologize for the misunderstanding on the plan details but hope we have reached a mutual understanding.

      I am rejecting this response because:  There was no racial comments made.  It is my belief that this is a fraudulent company that lies to get people to give them money.   There are many complaints saying the same thing.   Please stop them as they are ruining people with overbilling and billing for services people dont need.  
      The only reason I recieved a refund was by fighting for one.  The company had every intent on keeping the money.  Please help.

      Unfortunately above we have attached the agreement, that shows we offer a 30day free look period which allows members to be refunded if not satisfied within the first 30 days. Along with the ** Address that corresponds with the correct state and city on file which would be ********, *************. We have not found anything fraudulent as to everything shows that you signed the document and agreed to the terms. We quickly refunded you when you advised as to being unhappy with the plan which was 03/25/2024 at 4:40 pm CST and the refund was released 03/26/2024 at 1:24 pm CST so we see no issues given towards you in regards to not releasing your refund. Hope you were able to gain more clarity. Have blessed day.

      I am rejecting this response because:  They only refunded after I complained.  They defraud regular people constantly and have a long track record of doing this with the BBB.   It is documented on many occasions.   Please dont let this happen to others.

      Hello *************,

      Not sure what's left for us to do we have already refunded you within a 24 hour period .Also as a business we are no longer open or operating so nothing left for us to continue we helped refund you and we have apologized. Hope you have a better year.

      They sold us a health care insuance they told ** was a full service policy and that it specifically covered a procedure we pre approved before puchasing and when it comes time to cover procedure the insurance only paid a $1000 a year and they refuse to answer the phone and acually hung up on us when we tried to speak to a manager. Then denyed we even had a policy with them and left nobody to contact

      This man "*********************" sold us insurance saying it was full coverage, when it was limited coverage. We need refunded for the 2 months of "coverage" as well as assistance on the medical bills.

      Based on what we have on file shows you have signed the documents for the policy which clearly shows what type of policy this is. All members have a  30 day free look period which shows you have 30 days to review the policy from the effective date to cancel with a full refund if not satisfied with the coverage. We also see your policy was refunded partially due to you still being within your 30 days for the dental portion only. The health portion effective date was 08/15/2022 and you did not call us till 09/20/2022. I'm also seeing you received the emails to be able to review the policy details in the member portal along with the signed document. Best regards, *************************

      We were given a phone number for the insurance agent that sold us this insurance we have been calling it for weeks without response. We have tried to reach out long before the 30 day trial period. We have SVERAL medical bills during this time because of the way this agent scammed us.

      At this point in time you have already done a dispute with your banking institute. We are not able to further assist with claims cause those charges have been given too you already by your banking institute in full making it as you have not had coverage at this point in time. So all in all you have received the refund you were requesting and no longer have coverage through the insurance.
