Hired this company to load and unload items when I moved from Florida to Georgia. The total of both was $412.93. I paid this on 2-23-23 thru **** App which is the only form of payment that company accepts according to Eric. They loaded the items on the items. I have proof they received the money. When it came time to unload the items for me in March, I was told they never received the money in Feb and I had to pay it March 12th for them to send someone to unload it March 15th. They would figure it out later and reimburse me once it was straightened out. I have proof of the second payment of $412.93 on March 12th. I have contacted Eric at ********** which is the person we scheduled with and made arrangements for the service. He kept giving me a run around that he would give the info to the girl in the office, Michelle ********** to look into it. I can’t get either to resolve or get back with me.Initial Complaint

This Company same as Affordable Reliable Moving Service as the business card said. Boe B*** was contacted by ************** on 06/12/2022 to deliver out of the area to St Augustine, FL 32092 from ************** Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. the agreement was to pay Bell B** $300.00 and he will delivery my furniture. Delivery Day finally took on June 17th 9:30 am i sent a****** payment to Boe B*** 352-321-9013 guys confirmed of payment received and started opening packages, the guys dirty the white sofas and left finger prints along with shoes prints but i was like no big deal then one of the guys drop the 1 drawer wardrobe and it cracks he apologies and said he will get it replaced when they pick up the correct 4 drawer wardrobe chest that was sent wrong. on June 21 iam texting asking what time is my delivery of the 2 chest no reply then later said on June 23rd ok so they arrived and the 4 drawer wardrobe chest was broken and the 1 drawer is missing parts and the guy cuts his finger and there is blood all over the place, wall furniture and my white carpets stains my floors make a complete mess. he leaves with all my furniture and today July 26th they dont answer my calls no delivery nothing the company/ Bell does not respond to me and has not refunded my $300.00 i need a refund of my money so i can rent a truck and pick up my furniture. iam already behind in payments because **************/ Synchrony Bank is sending me bills for furniture that i dont have in possession. i need to resolve this ************** say i need to contact the moving company and nothing is being done. Please Help
