I paid $3,530 for an online CWI seminar on February 5th. I decided that I wasn't prepared for the seminar and opted to do the Pre-Seminar instead. I filed for cancelation on February 6th via email and never got a response regarding my cancelation. I spoke with numerous representatives prior to the start date of the seminar and not a single one was able to provide feedback in regards to the situation. I emailed on two different occasions as well as atleast 3 phone calls with no assistance. They provided a cancelation form in which I sent back immediately (feb 6th) and still was charged the full amount. There was a $1500 refundable deposit for "weld samples" in which I never received. I did receive the tool kit and books which I notified AWS to not proceed with shipment due to my cancelation and no response. I'm eager to do the Pre Seminar and then the Seminar to obtain my *** and even pay for the books/toolkit but I shouldn't be billed in full for the Seminar that I clearly canceled. The refund policy clearly states a refund 18 days prior to the start date of the Seminar.Initial Complaint

I applied to take the *** CRI in October of 2022 in ************* ** class. Due to applying two days late, I was charged an extra ************************************************************************************************************************** ****** in December. This is not a viable option and am not able to do that. *** refuses to give me my fast track fee back and wants to charge me a processing fee for THEM making a mistake. I spoke with ***************************** and he replied: ***************************** <***************>Attachments 3:09 PM (35 minutes ago)to me Hello ***,I apologize but the manager has decided to not refund the fast track nor the processing fee. If you choose to cancel, you will only be refunded the difference. Thank you This is the most outrageaous situation i have ever had with a professional organization.Do NOT Trust them.
