I hired Online Movers & Storage for a last minute move on August 28, 2022. I was charged a flat rate charge of $724.50 after taxes. All my furniture was packaged up very nicely by 3 men. They even complimented on how nice my fireplace TV console was. The youngest mover told me that he will leave the coverings on my furniture for, me even though they arent supposed to do that, so nothing gets ruined in storage but I couldnt tell his boss. He then spent the next month texting me, trying to take me out on a date. When I go back to my storage unit to empty it out, I find out that not only am I missing the bed frame panels to my beds but my fireplace is also missing. I reach back out to ******, my coordinator for the move, and ask her about my missing items. She asks me for surveillance footage from the storage facility to see if the item was accidentally left on the truck. I had to file a police report for this footage and it proved that the missing items were NEVER taken off the truck. *** reached out several times in the last couple of weeks to have someone come get the *** with the footage to resolve this issue but ****** just stopped responding. I need a replacement for the items that I am missing or a refund for the job.Business response

Online Movers and Storage contacted the customer to talk about the complaint and negotiated $450 for the damage and the customer accepted. Attached is the claim resolution.
