On October 14, 2023 I signed up with Solar Dynamics **** to have the solar systems installed on my home, I was told permits had to be done. The end of November I reached out to the representative and asked her how long will it be, I was told it would be soon. I finally received calls and texts on April 2, 3024 telling me they will be installing the panels on April 3, 2024, I texted back to let know Im no longer interested and I want the contract canceled because its been too long, I was told I would have to pay out $6, 800. Therefore I want to cancel the contract immediately without penalty because I waited too long and I will be leaving and wont be back for sometime.

Our team works very closely with home owner when the permits take this long. I understand that you didn't have the same experience and I will make sure to investigate why that happened. Please accept our most sincere apologies if we failed to informed you about how frustrated we are with *************** ****************** They have the longest review cycle time in all *************, and on top that their staff do not care how disappointing it is for our customer and how bad we look when something like this happen.
Our permitting team works really hard to expediate the process as much as possible, but I as I mentioned before it is not possible with ***************.
We let you down, and for that I apologize. Please understand it now our intention to make you responsible for this problem we continue to have with this jurisdiction.
I only ask that you can find in you heart to forgive our team for not providing you with the right expectations. We will do anything in our hand to fix this.
