Two years ago I installed the Zebra Blinds with Palace Interior Design I paid $1150.00 I first had to replaced the Living Room because the material was rotten they said they were given me a discount and I had to paid $450.00 again, like a month ago the kitchen blinds just ripped apart the salesman went and tried to implied that it was my fault and tried again to give me discount, i told him I wasn't spending another ***** on them and las night the one that was replaced in the living room just ripped apart when closing it and i have been a customer of theirs for over thirty years, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT.Palace Interior Design, Inc. A salesman arrived late/refusing to leave. The form that I signed it was in Spanish and he told me not to worry that he was going to finish it later and that he didnt speak or write any English. When the shades were installed, they asked me if they looked fine? I told them that they looked ok to me, and they told me that I needed to sign on a dotted line that I had accepted it and they didnt provide me with a copy. Then a lady called me asking me if I was satisfied with this product and I told her, yes. I thought, based on my past experiences with many other a companies, that I would have 30 days. ********************************************************************************** the motorized engine. They told me that I would have to pay to repair them. The salesman had told me that he included in the contract that the rolls will not be visible and I was able to see the shades rolls. He advised me that it was not possible to be covered. I told him that I had seen other shades installed and that the rolls were covered, then, he advised me that yes, they could do it for an extra charge. The contract was written first in Spanish in the tablet and later added the English portion which was emailed to me later.Review from Debra S

I dont usually leave review but im very happy with the way the customer service manager (chris) resolved my problem with the installation of my blind. The blind i bought was measured before my house was done being constructed. The measurements were off when they came to install but he was understanding of the problem and had my blind remade and installed all in the same day. My blinds came out great. I had a bad experience with the company that originally installed them and palace interior sent out a technician by the name of George for a refurbishment service. They re did the entire track on all my verticals and I’m very happy with the service I receive from their new service manager and sales manager.Review from Chandra Y

On a job in ***** and needed replacement blinds in a pinch due to damage from a demo we were doing. ********************* not only saved me but we were able to get the blinds faster than normal and installed before we left the job. Because of her amazing ability to help me out I have returned yet again for help on another job in ***************. She already has someone heading out to take measurements. My experience with Palace Interior was one the that left me impressed with the level understanding and compromise they have with their client when there is a misunderstanding. The original color of the material on my order was not available so my orders installation was pushed back. I had originally asked for my horizontals in rosewood but being that it was on back order they were very prompt in getting back to me about this delay in production. I had understood originally that they would still be able to install the rest of my order and then come back out for the ones on back order. They explained to me that the order would have to wait to be installed until it was all completed. I explained that I could not wait and they were willing to compromise to make two trips to install. Thank you Palace interior and their management team for resolving the problems with my order.Review from Juan R

You Guys are the worst business on the planet your salesman named ******* came over to my house to do an estimate for blinds in my living room front window and he decided to climb on the sofa that's in front of the window to get the measurements for the blinds and he fell against a receiver and that receiver hit the corner of my four hundred dollar ******* 8 series tv and instead of having common sense to say can you move the sofa but no and next thing he says let's go outside and have a drink he distracted me so I wouldn't see the damage this incident happened on Wednesday 6/15/2022 it was when he left and that's when I noticed that my tv was broken and I called him and told him what happened and he came back and he saw the damage he was sorry for what happened and he said he was gonna pay for what happened but on Friday 6/17/2022 he decided to cancel the order because it was the wrong tv and it was cheap and the tv was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 6/18/2022 and he was supposed to come that day to take the tv to get an in store Credit but I told him no because that tv is a smart tv that has a serial number that's not gonna match and will be marked as stolen I still have the broken tv and went and bought a ******* Crystal *** AU8000 for five hundred dollars and your salesman got away scotch free he chose to run away from the problem and choose not take accountability for his actions and I have not heard from him since Saturday he completely blocked my number and ghosted me and I already filed a complaint with BBB against your company and I want a $500 reimbursement check from you guys and I want my blinds done for free and my address is ********************************************************************************* and if you people don't give me a $500 reimbursement check I'm going to have to take you guys to small claims court and you can call at thank youReview from Gilda A

Never buy with them, quality is bad, my zebra blind broke like a paper only 3 years after the purchase. They sent a salesman only to offer a new one and charge $200. This means they have a business with replacement bad quality every 3 years.Review from Melody

This company is a ***** Run far far away. They came to my house, showed me all these wonderful blinds. I made a deposit with them and they never showed up again. No one has reached out to me, no one has contacted me about my blinds.. I decided to file a claim with my bank and they told my bank that they have reached out to me. They are complete liars! I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional people who just take people money.
I made deposit 9/15. They told me they were coming 10/20 to installl blinds and they never showed up. Management has yet to contact me about this situation.
I decided to go with a better company who cares about their customers but I will definitely be taking legal actions against this company.
