      I submitted a complaint on this company a few days ago and contacted my bank for the order I canceled a day after I submitted the order online and the company said they didn't feel confident they would turn out but still processed my order. The bank contacted me today and told me the company was clearly in the wrong, however, the company is sending me harassing emails due to me contacting you and the bank. Please read what the company just sent me. 2/24/XX XX:XX AM / I didn't respond to them on this. You are quite a piece of work! Have you complained to *** ***** yet? Congress? I'm sure they'd love to hear from you! Don't want you to leave anyone out! They also sent this 2/22/XX XX:XX PM We have happily refunded your ENTIRE AMOUNT for Order #4545 So thankful to not be doing business with you. Happy trails Thanks for the nice review. Will no doubt be responding with the truth about how things actually transpired regarding the review. Hope your kindness comes back to you two fold. I responded to this: 2/22/XX XX:XX PM Feel the same way after you trying to scam me!!! I clearly canceled the order on 2/15/22 after you tried to bait and switch and then tried to make me pay for a proof that had nothing to do with what I ordered. Nice integrity - NOT!!!

We refunded Sheri 100% of the order even though our website clearly states differently "Refunds are happily given if we have not gone to production or sampling yet. If our designer has made a proof & or a sample, a 30% fee will be retained from the refund." We did not sent wrong proofs by mistake but simply sent examples of Printed patches since her artwork was too detailed for woven patches. This is lady is a bit nuts & we are very happy to not be doing business with her. We take great pride in our customer service & have many many customers that will confirm our outstanding customer service. We refunded this customer 100% of their money. Beyond that, we have no further comment. It is an open market & no one is forcing anyone to do business with us. We do a good job & sell millions of labels. Want to do business with us, that's great. If you choose to use another company, that is OK too. Options are always good.

      This has been a nightmare since placing a rush order for $169.18 on Feb 2nd. I asked for rush order because we have an upcoming event on Sunday Feb. 27th 2022. . I inquired about the order on Wednesday Feb 9th. I was told by email it would ship at the end of the following week on Feb 18th. They told me the order is not shipping until the 28th of Feb. the following Monday Communication has been a headache because I have to send several messages in order to get a reply. No one reached out to tell me they would not be able to grant my request in timely manner. I was also only offered a refund for the rush fee. I am no longer interested in this order because it is not arriving on time.

There was ABSOLUTELY NO EXPLANATION in regards to mechanical issues when the inquiries were made. If necessary I will take a screenshot of all the replies. Nowhere in the emails does it state there was a mechanical issue whatsoever. I have also checked with my bank, and the refund still has not be granted. We did not deliver as promised. Sometimes things do not go as planned. We have moved on. Hope the customer has as well
