8/9/24 paid $80.55, 8/11/24 paid $152.95, 8/14/24 paid $43.45 Sent an email on Aug 22 and was told my screen prints and dtf would be sent out the next week. (Their policy states 2 to 10 business days I wanted before sending the 1st email.) Emailed again Aug 29 when they failed to ship and asked for a refund I was told they cannot do that and was told they would ship out sept 3 or 4. Checked the website and still not shipped. When I email them I get the run around and excuses. I would like my money back. LInitial Complaint

I placed an order for some tshirt transfer from this company back on 7/17/2024. As of today I have not received my order. This order totaled $21.19. Then I got a gift card for $10 so I was dumb and ordered more and paid $13.50. That order has not even shipped yet. Anyways, they keep telling me its gonna ship by this day then that day comes it doesnt ship. The tracking states clearly that the post office has not received my package. I have requested a refund. Theyve declined that. I have asked if they resend the package. theyve declined that. at this point they are not returning my emails anymore and I just want my money backCustomer response

Please close and cancel this complaint. It has been resolved 100% and I am beyond happy
