I successfully ordered a mouth guard from them through Amazon in 2022. Because they already have my dental molds on file, I contacted them directly via email about getting two new replacement mouth guards on April 18, 2024. I received a response from the ************************************* email address that same day letting me know how to place the order. I placed the order later that day and received a confirmation email with my order number, *****. My credit card was charged $105.00 on 4/19/24. After that initial confirmation email, I never received anything from them again (no shipping notice, and I have not received the mouth guards). I emailed them on 5/9/24, 5/14/24, and 5/20/24 requesting an update and did not receive a response. I called their listed phone number on 5/28/24 and it went straight to voicemail. At this point, I want to receive a response from them. I either want my order delivered to me, or I want a refund so I can purchase elsewhere.
