PAST TIME to file charges for this veterinary's abuse of people & animals READ the 1* reviews of MULTIPLE people repeated being treated horribly. If your pet is dying on the table scared & in pain they have kept owners from being with them to comfort them at all . MULTIPLE people have reported MANY experiences of this & similar treatment going far back for many years . READ just one year & you willl see these facts relating the horrific experience people & their animals were traumatized with . I myself was given a completely FRAUDULENT Diagnosis /cancer after 42 biopsies, 2 surgeries & THOUSANDS spent here. Dr. L*** did NOT send my script to online pharmacy before a holiday while my cat was going into panic attacks desperately struggling with TONS of mucus, unable to breath. FORCED to buy $400 ANTIBIOTIC from them at high inflated cost AND it was NOT correct one for his infection. THEN she did THE WORST scam I have ever experienced as I called & text for 5 DAYS in DESPERATION begging for L*** to write a script to clear his mucus from Wedgewood PHARMACY for guanifenisen in a form that was not toxic to cats. ( THIS is DOCUMENTED in many medical reports & their website as safe for cats) I had researched the exact dosage to give & this is the only medication available for cats to help clear extremely excess sinus & lung mucus.. You could hear my cat wheezing like a whistle from his lungs . Dr L*** REFUSED to write a script or EVEN read the information I sent because she said she was not aware of it & she ONLY recommends AFRIN human nasal spray LISTED AS POISON on hotline for cats. Dr L*** had the staff tell me that they were not receiving my emails for five days of lies until ONE staff member told me L*** got them immediately. I then told staff I was filing charges for malpractice & had everything documented & recorded L*** then immediately emails me to use baby saline . ALL of US MUST GET IN CONTACT , share our info & file charges together & SUE

We are worried about our fur baby, but there seemed to be a thorough evaluation and good recommendations. How quickly we were seen, and how helpful the staff and doctor were.

This was my first time at the hospital. I was very pleased with the entire staff and how quickly my dog was assessed and treated. The efficiency and how quick my dog was seen was excellent. I highly recommend.

Thank you for all of your help. We have a dog as well, and will bring him in if we ever have concerns about his health. All of your staff provided clear, effective communication; and you all provided the ability to bring in ***** last minute. Prior to our visit with you, we had a horrible experience at Blue ****** We had zero confidence in returning there and are thankful for all of the help you provided for our sick cat:)

This Facility is outstanding and makes you feel very comfortable that your pet is getting the best treatment possible.

Dr. Parra and the staff at FVRC saved my dogs life at 3 years old. She's now 14 years old and I owe it all to them. When she has a health issue, I don't think twice about taking her to FVRC - they are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and treat every fur-baby client and their parent(s) like "family" and not just a customer paying for a service. TOP NOTCH!!!!!!

Our vet in Naples referred us here so we made an appointment for our 5lb 11 year old poodle as he has been limping. Our vet explained to us what the problem was but that he doesn't do surgery thus the referral. My husband took the morning off work to take Charlie today for his 9:00 appt only to be told that the appointment had been canceled? By who, certainly not us. This is crazy, So they turned him away I guess expecting we will make another appointment. No I'm sure I wont, what a waste of time we don't live in Estero!
