      I was scammed rushed into paying a 35$ application fee. I was Told I would get the apartment.! Plus all of my personal information like social security number my credit card number my daughters personal information and pictures of my id and Ebt card. pg&e bills. Never received any response After I reached out through e mail and phone. Its a shame this is happening to a single mother who is struggling financially Homeless with my daughter Sitting in a cold tent.

      I am rejecting this response because:
       Clearly, you are scamming ***** a non profit organization that provides housing to thousands of homeless. Pretending to be landlord collecting application fees $35 at a time. I Cant imagine how much money youre stealing from families people who already are struggling to make ends meet I am a desperate homeless mother living in a tent. If Youre so smart At Conning poor people out of money why dont you do it to rich people who gladly pay an 60$ application fee. That way poor people like me couldnt afford it and not be a huge waste of time I will never get back. Karma is real. Return my money its the right thing to do you have all my personal information anyway.

      sure is cold tonight out here in a tent no mother no child should have to go through that.

      There is incorrect information on the background checks they are providing. I request this information be deleted and cleared. I'm not sure where they are getting their information from but this is false information and I'm at risk of being homeless because of it.

Our credit and background reports are run by a third party, TransUnion. They're a leader in the industry, have an excellent reputation, and have a good track record of providing our customers with timely and thorough reports. That said, no system is perfect, so they have a procedure that allows individuals to dispute reports. Thankfully, this is a process that is very rarely needed, as it's time-consuming and can take up to 30 days. While I know this delay is frustrating, we appreciate that the process is exhaustive and ensures that TransUnion gets everything right. Our support team has alerted me that they've coordinated with you and TransUnion and that your report is officially in the dispute process. We hope that goes as quickly as possible to resolve this issue for you. Unfortunately, since a third party creates these reports, there is nothing we can do to assist with or speed up the process at this point. That said, we are happy to refund your screening fee. Additionally, our support team is always available to answer any questions you have or to help you communicate with TransUnion. Again, we apologize for these frustrations and genuinely wish there was something we could do on our end to quickly resolve this. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any additional concerns or questions!
