On November 11, 2022, my girlfriend and I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for her little sister. When we got home, my girlfriend took a bite of the chicken nuggets not realizing it was TOTALLY RAW inside. She immediately threw up, and continued throwing up throughout the night. We were extremely upset and scarred from the experience. Thank goodness our 6 year old sibling didnt take the first bite because she wouldve gotten much more sick I can imagine. We were thinking of suing but not sure how, so I thought Id share this horrendous experience with the BBB.Business response

Good morning,
Please excuse the delay in responding as I was investigating. I have confirmed that food safety audit was completed that day, I do not see anything out of the ordinary that a raw product would have been served. I will continue to follow up on this. I have also reported this to insurance.

I am rejecting this response because:Your food safety audit obviously failed. As you can see in the previous 4 photos, and the newly attached video I had previously posted on ****** map reviews, WE WERE SERVED RAW CHICKEN. No matter what procedures, rules, or regulations McDonalds follows and has records of, apparently you cant control the good-for-nothing employees you hire to manage food. This isnt the first instance of being served trash food or completely wrong orders, but it is the first time Ive decided to do something about it because Im fed up and boycotting McDonalds! Whatever you people say, it doesnt change the fact that we were served raw chicken, and if you want to deny that and not give a simple refund of the whole meal, Ill just take it up with my legal team. I expect a timely response (not 3 months later) or else Ill take the next steps in getting the compensation we deserve.
